Refund policy

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

All return requests must be sent to support@roomverse.co before shipping the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After receipt and verification of the product, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within a few business days.
